Limar Francisca (1985) is our highly competent professional legal consultant and the practice owner of LIF Legal. He was born and raised on the island of Curaçao. He is a humanist who thinks from reason, ethics and justice and he has a very progressive mindset. In 2019 he reached a milestone in his career by being appointed by Royal Decree as one of the first regional deputy public prosecutor at the court in first instance of Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba and by designing and leading the first policy for Execution of criminal sentences & judicial collection of fines and crime victim compensations. With this major achievements he has undoubtedly left a blue print in criminal justice and in victim care in Caribbean Netherlands.

Qualification
Limar studied law in the Netherlands at School of Law of InHolland University of applied sciences and thereafter at School of Law of Open University of the Netherlands. He earned a professional law degree with a major in Administrative Law and Constitutional Law and many academic certificates in legal studies. He also completed various certified post-graduate Criminal Law Training Programmes at the Training and Study Centre for the Judiciary (SSR).
